Welcome to FeedPanzer. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our software, website, and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. General Overview
FeedPanzer provides a feedback and survey management tool for businesses. We operate globally. Throughout these terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to FeedPanzer and its proprietor, FeedPanzer.
2. Account and Usage Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You agree not to use our platform to collect sensitive, illegal, or highly regulated data (such as medical records, financial details, or government IDs) from your customers.
3. Payments and Billing
- Invoicing: Services are billed on a subscription basis. Payments are collected manually via bank transfer, Raast, or other authorized local gateways.
- No Refunds: Because we offer a free trial/beta period to ensure the software meets your needs, all paid subscription fees are non-refundable once processed.
- Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable local taxes.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the applicable laws, FeedPanzer and its proprietor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business goodwill arising from your use of the software.
- Maximum Liability Cap: If the software experiences downtime, data loss, or any other failure, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the one (1) month immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
5. Data Ownership
You own all the customer feedback data you collect using our platform. You grant us a license to host, store, and process this data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, abuse the platform, or fail to pay subscription fees.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts with competent jurisdiction.
